A strict separation between the clearing register and final settlement

Sei constitutes the canonical layer of the clearing register. Accepted obligations are recorded and netted there; the net positions resulting at the end of the cycle are settled by NNN-node operators through their own infrastructure and under their applicable legal framework. Osnias Clearing does not custody or move participant funds.
