OSNIAS

The governance token of the Osnias Clearing ecosystem

OSNIAS is the governance and strategic-reserve token of Osnias Clearing. Its design combines a fixed 100,000,000-token genesis supply, 6-decimal precision, canonical governance on Sei and LayerZero V2 OFT economic mobility across compatible EVM networks. The current public reference implementation is deployed on Sei Testnet.

OSNIAS is publicly deployed on Sei Testnet (Atlantic-2) as the current technical reference implementation. The deployment uses the Sei EVM environment and the LayerZero V2 OFT endpoint configured for Sei Testnet.

What is OSNIAS used for?

OSNIAS is primarily a governance token. Its role is to represent economic and decision-making power within the Osnias Clearing governance architecture, while remaining transferable and economically mobile across supported EVM networks through the OFT design.

Governance

Governance rights

Eligible OSNIAS held on the canonical Sei governance state can contribute to voting power according to the applicable governance rules.

Strategic alignment

Long-term alignment

The token aligns holders, governance and strategic management without turning every operational decision into an on-chain vote.

Strategic reserve

Strategic reserve

The tokenomics provides for a strategic-reserve function whose use remains subject to the applicable governance and management framework.

A single canonical governance domain on Sei

OSNIAS economic mobility may be multichain, but governance power remains localized on Sei. On the current public reference deployment, Sei Testnet is the canonical voting domain. This architecture preserves a single observable governance state without reconstructing votes across multiple networks.

OSNIAS on canonical Sei state

Economic value + governance eligibility, subject to the applicable voting and delegation rules.

Single canonical
governance state
OSNIAS outside Sei

Economic value only. Positions held on other networks do not generate OSNIAS voting power.

Governance Locality Invariant. A token must not be able to exercise voting power simultaneously on Sei and on another blockchain. Governance does not aggregate remote votes, external staking positions or custodied representations outside Sei.

OSNIAS token design

OSNIAS favors a relatively simple, readable and auditable contract. Native functions serve token ownership, governance and omnichain mobility; external financial uses remain the responsibility of third-party protocols.

OSNIAS can circulate outside its governance chain

The LayerZero V2 OFT design allows OSNIAS to move economically across supported EVM networks without duplicating canonical governance power. The separation between economic mobility and governance authority is a core characteristic of OSNIAS.

LayerZero V2

OFT mobility

The deployed reference uses the Sei Testnet LayerZero endpoint 0x6C7Ab2202C98C4227C5c46f1417D81144DA716Ff.

External composability

Third-party integrations

Third-party protocols may technically use OSNIAS for compatible EVM use cases. Such external use does not create additional OSNIAS governance rights.

No protocol promise

No market guarantee

Technical compatibility does not constitute a promise of yield, liquidity, listing, market depth or price appreciation.

Public bytecode and source-verification status

The deployed OSNIAS contract is publicly inspectable on Sei Testnet. The verification status is recorded explicitly because the deployed contract was compiled with viaIR = true.

SeiScan bytecode

Bytecode corresponding

The deployed bytecode corresponds to the expected compiled contract.

SeiScan source

Pending

Full source publication remains pending because the current SeiScan verification flow does not support the required viaIR compilation path.

Sourcify

In progress

Sourcify verification remains in progress; the current obstacle concerns loading the matching compiler configuration.

Verification principle. A source-verification limitation on an explorer does not modify the deployed bytecode. The deployment record therefore distinguishes bytecode correspondence from full explorer source publication.

What the contract must not allow to be bypassed

Supply integrity

Protected supply

No management authority may arbitrarily create tokens beyond the intended fixed-supply / OFT accounting model.

Holder rights

Holder ownership

No arbitrary seizure or administrative burn of balances held by third parties.

Governance locality

Voting only on Sei

Governance power remains attached to the eligible canonical representation on Sei.

OFT conservation

Omnichain accounting

Cross-chain movements must preserve the intended global OSNIAS supply accounting.

Role separation

Clearing firewall

OSNIAS governance authority must not automatically grant mint, burn, oracle or fee authority over ORUSD or OEURO clearing-register contracts.

Operational security

Mainnet multisig

The production model is intended to replace sensitive single-key authorities with a multisignature architecture and separate recovery mechanisms.

Design principle. Governance should constrain management without replacing day-to-day management: smart contracts protect non-negotiable invariants; governance decides reserved strategic matters; operational execution remains within the applicable governance limits.
